Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a nice leisure center at the top of the building with a view of the city while swimming, but the rooms are quite outdated in decor like many other InterContinentals. The room was a good size and furnished in a 'stately home' kind of way, but it was not clean at all.
The hotel offers clean and fresh rooms with great value for the price paid, although the bathroom setup was a bit odd without a shower curtain. It was convenient to have the option to accommodate our adult daughter in a separate bed in the sitting room.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered amazing panoramic views of Bucharest. The silence provided an excellent sleep quality, but there were some air conditioning problems I faced. Overall, a good experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although showing some signs of wear and tear, were comfortable and clean. The service was professional and friendly. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the old city. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious food. Overall, a good value for money option.
The hotel provided a tranquil stay on the 19th floor with excellent sleep quality. The service was impeccable, and the location was perfect for both business and leisure. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
After a quick lunch, the room I received was a lot better than expected. Though I didn't initially get the Club room with a king-size bed that I had booked and confirmed in advance, the rooms are well used but maintained quality. The service from many members of staff was poor, but the staff that was friendly and the bed was comfortable; they were beyond helpful and even explained to me that the event would be over very soon. The location allows access to many of the city's offerings and is excellent for whoever doesn't know Bucharest, offering key details for exploration. The dining experience was decent, the staff was above all, and the food was excellent and very varied. The facilities are available in front of the reception.
I felt like I was in the heart of the city, lounging on the terrace instead of being stuck in a cramped lounge. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, equipped with a teapot, coffee machine, and minibar. However, some of the staff were not very professional, and there were difficulties in finding information online about the hotel. The location was unbeatable, offering a 360-degree view of Bucharest and free fruit and lemon water. The dining experience was satisfying, with a variety of choices, including made-to-order omelettes. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and gave me access to the fantastic Club Lounge on the 21st floor. The view from room 1801 towards the Parliament was breathtaking. However, some minor issues could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The dining experience could have been better with more options, but overall, the hotel was fantastic.
The hotel's rooms have air conditioning problems and need updating. The furniture is old, and there was no shower curtain. While the rooms were neat and tidy, they did let the rest of the hotel down a bit. On the positive side, the rooms have balconies with great views of the city, but they give off a late 90's feeling, and some furnishings are very dated, especially in the bathroom.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while well-appointed and offering access to the executive lounge, were a bit small for the price. They were in good shape and clean, with a fantastic view, but unfortunately, the reception staff was not very friendly. The service was flawless and the staff attentive, polite, and efficient, making my stay truly amazing. The location was superb, conveniently close to the Old Town with easy access to many attractions. The dining experience, though overall satisfactory, had separate pricing during the winter season. The hotel offers a good selection of high-quality products. The facilities were good, but there were a few misses. Fantastic for a leisurely stroll into the Old Centre but some areas to improve on for my next stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, though they seemed a bit dated. The free mini-bar and free mobile phone provided added a nice touch, and I enjoyed the views over the city. However, the room I stayed in was old and not as clean as I would have liked.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with fantastic amenities like a free mini-bar and a mobile phone to use around the city. The service was top-notch, especially when my key cards needed attention. The location was superb, near the old town and with easy access to the metro, providing stunning city views. The dining options were rich and varied, serving delicious meals with a welcoming touch.
Staying at the hotel was a nice experience overall. The rooms were quiet, even those facing the busy main street were soundproof, and I enjoyed the 15th-floor view. However, there was a slight cigarette smell at night. The service was attentive, especially in resolving room issues, offering compensation with a massage and dinner. The location was superb, with easy access to the metro station and major attractions on foot. The dining experience was good, but improvements could be made for a richer menu and operational aspects. The facilities met expectations, with various services available for convenience.
