After a quick lunch, the room I received was a lot better than expected. Though I didn't initially get the Club room with a king-size bed that I had booked and confirmed in advance, the rooms are well used but maintained quality. The service from many members of staff was poor, but the staff that was friendly and the bed was comfortable; they were beyond helpful and even explained to me that the event would be over very soon. The location allows access to many of the city's offerings and is excellent for whoever doesn't know Bucharest, offering key details for exploration. The dining experience was decent, the staff was above all, and the food was excellent and very varied. The facilities are available in front of the reception.

I felt like I was in the heart of the city, lounging on the terrace instead of being stuck in a cramped lounge.
